The 2021–22 season was the 114th season in the history of Inter Milan and the club’s 106th consecutive year in the top division of Italian football. Under the management of Simone Inzaghi, the team competed in Serie A, the Coppa Italia, the Supercoppa Italiana, and the UEFA Champions League. In the league, Inter finished in 2nd place, narrowly missing out on the title. However, they had a successful run in domestic cup competitions, winning both the Coppa Italia and the Supercoppa Italiana. In the Champions League, Inter reached the Round of 16, but were eliminated at that stage.
