Description Argentina Third Football Shirt Jersey Maglia Trikot 1982 Diego Maradona Argentina were defending champions of course, but went out early in the second phase despite having an incredible wealth of talent to call on including Passarella, Ardiles, Kempes, Diaz and Valdano. A young Diego Maradona was continuing to make waves. We have added his iconic number “10” to the back of this shirt in the original font print. This is an original Japanese market issue shirt from the era. Japanese market shirts were shirts licensed for production by European companies like Adidas, Kappa, and in this case Le Coq Sportif. They would usually do this only with the very big clubs and national teams, or teams that contained a very popular player (like Platini and France 1986, Zico and Brazil 1986 etc), and also shirts worn by teams who had won a major competition (like Argentina 1986, Holland 1988, Italy 1982). In Very Good vintage, worn condition compared to similar shirts of this age. Some minor fade to the Le Coq Sportif logo, as pictured. Size Adults Medium equivalent.
